Designing London's Nike Mag launch for the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
The Nike Mag might well have been the most anticipated shoe release ever. To capitalise, Nike auctioned 89 pairs on behalf of the Michael J. Fox Foundation – and we were asked to design a space within NikeTown that showcased the partnership and inspired visitors to take part.
The London auction raised a significant part of the $6.75 million pledged worldwide – 100 percent of which will go straight to help finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
Our design for the space was inspired by the imagined future of the 1980s, incorporating UV lights, mirrors, layers of acrylic and neon.
