Launching Nike’s Digital Sports Lab
To celebrate the start of Rio 2016, Rosie Lee were asked to develop a digitally-focused consumer experience that captured the spirit of the event and offered Nike fans the chance to better understand their performance potential.
Members of the public attending Nike’s Unlimited Shanghai event were invited to take part in athlete-level fitness tests that measured the gait, body composition, VO2 max and reflexes of participants. Our digital team then worked alongside Bath-based web agency Mud to produce a bespoke app and data visualisation API that aggregated and presented the scores obtained by users through a personalised results page in their browsers or via WeChat.
We designed the events space and digital interface in tandem, resulting in a customer journey that was cohesive from beginning to end.
